TikTok had just left India. Moj had eight weeks to fill the void without flooding the feed with the kind of creator content that gets a platform muted.
Moj by ShareChat was racing competitors to consolidate India's post-TikTok short-video audience. At brief, the platform was at 20M+ users (today 80M+). Hindi alone wasn't going to work; the void TikTok left was multilingual. The brief was simple to state and difficult to ship: activate quality creators across India's regional language map, fast, without diluting content quality.

301 creators, 5 languages, 26 categories, 18,540 videos in two months.
We onboarded across Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi and Bengali. Weekly creator incubation kept the roster aligned with Moj's algorithm and content guidelines. The pipeline shipped: 309 creators producing 60 videos each, 18,540 videos in two months.
